Calibration Laboratory LabStand is accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation, a signatory of the EA MLA and ILAC MRA agreements regarding mutual recognition of calibration certificates. It also meets the requirements of the standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
As part of the accreditation, we offer comprehensive calibration of non-automatic electronic and mechanical scales with a measurement range of up to 31 kg.
Calibration is performed at the Client's location or at the LabStand Calibration Laboratory.
The standard calibration service for non-automatic scales includes determining:
- Repeatability of indications expressed as experimental standard deviation;
- Measurement errors at 5 or 11 measurement points, upon prior agreement with the Client;
- Measurement errors when the load is not centered on the load carrier.
The LabStand Calibration Laboratory adopts point loading of the scale as the basic method. Another method of loading the load carrier can be applied at the Client's request.
The confirmation of calibration is a Calibration Certificate issued with the PCA accreditation mark, which, in addition to the results of the measurements performed, includes information regarding measurement errors and uncertainty. The measurement uncertainty is determined in accordance with the document EA-4/02 M:2022. The stated uncertainty values represent expanded uncertainties with an approximate 95% probability and an expansion factor of k = 2.
Additionally, upon the Client's request, compliance with the requirements can be confirmed:
- According to the standard PN-EN 45501:2015, point 3.5.1, Table 7;
- According to the guidelines provided by the Client.
